Its that time of year again! Can you believe that Christmas is right around the corner and its time to be ordering those Christmas cards.

Any of the following cards can be designed as a 4x8 or 5x7 photo card or a 5x7 flat 2-sided press card. Just let me know the number of the design you like, your greeting and some colors can be customized to match the photograph you choose. Simply order online and put the design number in the notes or call the studio to place your order.

Part-time job opening

Exciting things are in the works here at Gambill Photography! Do you want to be a part of it? We are currently looking for a part-time studio assistant.

Duties of Studio Assistant:

• Basic office organization and cleaning
• Filing and implementing our new paperless system
• Date entry
• Website, blog and social media updates
• Order check in and order shipping
• Learning sales software and sales techniques
• Studio clean up and set designing
• Research and assistance of new business projects
• Photography session assistance
• Phone and email correspondence

Requirements:

• Creative, fun and passion for learning
• Self motivated and focused
• Dependable, honest and hard working
• Great customer service skills, works well with people
• Basic knowledge of facebook, blogger, word and excel

The studio assistant would need to commit to approximately 10 to 15 hours per week and the hours may vary from week to week with a possibility of more during peak season.

Qualified applicants should submit the following to info@gambillphotography.com . We will be interviewing as applications come in. Deadline for applications is October 1st, 2011.

2010 Weddings and Contest

Wedding season 2011 is gearing up and I just realized that I never accurately blogged all the weddings from 2010. So I've decided to have a contest. Celebrating Family

You might wonder what we've been up to the past few months and why we haven't been posting. Well, here's the reason...

On January 4th, our family was blessed with a new addition - Gemma Elizabeth Gambill. She is a joy and we couldn't be happier. Big brother AJ adores his little sister.









Except for not getting much sleep, things are getting back to normal and I am back to shooting more gorgeous babies, families and couples this week.

In the news

We had the opportunity to participate in Rutherford County Schools special needs prom this morning. What an amazing experience. The kids were so excited to be there. It was so awesome to see how local businesses came together and gave of their time to put this event together. I will post lots more from this event next week, but for now check Trey out on the Channel 5 news.
